Matters for which whistleblowing or complaint-filing applies
All whistleblowers are required to use a polite word and submit factual information and must not incriminate others without sufficient evidence. Any whistleblowing report will be considered depending on the credibility of the information provided. The Corporate Governance Committee is responsible for designing a whistle blowing reporting process in handling tips or complaints as well as a protection policy for the whistleblower. All concerns raised will be handled sensitively and in confidence.
